The role includes a competitive hourly wage ranging from $12.00 to $15.00, complemented by commission opportunities on Memberships and Fun Passes sold, with bi-weekly commission payouts. In addition, the company offers a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, giving employees immediate access to earned wages, removing the wait between paychecks. Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Capability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt through cross-training
Job Duties
- Take orders and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist guests with prize redemptions and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive guest experience
- Handle cash register and balance cash drawer at the end of shift
- Support team members in other roles through cross-training
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards consistently
