Employees should be comfortable adapting to sensory surroundings that include flashing lights, mechanical sounds, and loud noises. Strong customer service skills, an energetic and enthusiastic personality, and the ability to handle job stress while maintaining effective interaction with guests and co-workers are essential for success in this role.

CEC Entertainment offers flexible schedules, discounts on meals during shifts, scholarships, and numerous perks and discounts programs. Employees also benefit from referral programs and the CEC Cares Fund, which supports workers during emergencies.
