Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Willingness to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cash handling or retail experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Energetic and enthusiastic about guest interaction
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Take orders and process payments efficiently
- Assist guests with prizes and inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service with an energetic personality
- Maintain clean and organized cashier area
- Handle cash, credit, and membership transactions accurately
- Support team members across different positions as needed
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
