Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- willing to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- strong attention to detail
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- process payments and handle cash transactions
- assist guests with prize redemption and inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and energetic attitude
- support team members in other roles through cross-training
- adhere to all company policies and safety standards
