Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noises, and moving mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate a cash register or point of sale system
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in various roles
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests
- Process payments accurately
- Assist guests with prizes and rewards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
