Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail or food service a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Process payments using point-of-sale systems
- Assist guests in redeeming prizes and managing fun experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service with an energetic and friendly demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Cross-train in other roles to support team flexibility
- Adhere to health and safety standards and operational procedures
