The role is hourly, paying $8.00 to $12.50, with additional commission potentials based on sales. This includes commissions from $0.50 to $10 for each Membership sold and from $0.15 to $3 for each Fun Pass sold, payouts occurring bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Non-exempt employees have similar commission opportunities with slightly different rates.
