Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to adhere to company health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently
- Assist customers with prize redemption and provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and immediate area
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly following company policies
- Promote and sell memberships and Fun Passes to guests
- Support team members with various operational tasks as needed
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
