Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Capable of lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact well with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Basic math and transaction handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests and process payments
- Assist guests with prize selections and inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
- Promote Memberships and Fun Passes to guests
- Assist team members and support cross-training efforts
