Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and friendly demeanor
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- process payments securely
- assist guests with prize selections and redemptions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter area
- provide excellent customer service with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- support team members in cross-trained roles as needed
