Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Able to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor
- Comfortable handling cash and transactions
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality suitable for engaging with children and families
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests and process payments accurately
- Assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to create a welcoming environment
- Handle cash and electronic transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines consistently
