Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- greet guests and take orders accurately
- process payments efficiently and handle cash register operations
- assist customers with redeeming prizes and explaining membership and Fun Pass offerings
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
- provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- contribute to a safe and welcoming environment by following health and sanitation guidelines
- support team members in various roles through cross-training
