  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate information about valet parking services and answer any inquiries
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently and securely
  • Issue receipts and process parking fees as required
  • Close and balance the cash register at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy
  • Record and manage special requests from residents or guests
  • Coordinate with valet attendants to ensure prompt vehicle retrieval
  • Utilize internal management systems to monitor vehicle check-ins and check-outs
  • Log payments and transactions into the company system
  • Generate basic daily activity reports when needed
