- prior experience in retail or cashier role preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- partner for additional support when needed
- actively engage customers and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- promote Findmore and other sales driving programs
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- proactively call for assistance during busy periods
- utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices for line management
- assist with omnichannel efforts
- support recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- consistently meet performance standards including iCAP program, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
