Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of customer service or food service experience
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn doughnut decorating
- Valid Food Handler’s Card
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of each shift
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable with constant face-to-face guest interaction
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during rush hours
- Availability for shifts typically lasting 6-8 hours including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with uniform and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of customer service or food service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and help with doughnut decorating
- Must have a Food Handler’s Card
- Must be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelines
Job Duties
- Greet every guest with good vibes and big energy as soon as they walk in
- Help guests choose flavors and recommend combos (aka suggestive selling)
- Know our doughnuts inside and out — flavors, ingredients, and what’s hot today
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and confidently
- Maintain a balanced drawer and follow all cash-handling procedures
- Keep your work area clean, sanitized, and ready for action
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and guest areas during your shift
- Support daily operations with any additional tasks assigned by management
- Assist with doughnut decorating when the front is slow
