- 1+ year of customer service or food service experience preferred
- Must have a Food Handler’s Card
- Must be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelines

Job Duties
- Greet every guest with good vibes + big energy as soon as they walk in
- Help guests choose flavors and recommend combos aka suggestive selling
- Know our doughnuts inside and out - flavors, ingredients, and what’s hot today
- Handle cash + card transactions accurately and confidently
- Maintain a balanced drawer and follow all cash-handling procedures
- Keep your work area clean, sanitized, and ready for action
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and guest areas during your shift
- Support daily operations with any additional tasks assigned by management
- Assist with doughnut decorating when the front is slow
