Job Requirements
- applicants must be college students
- available for 6-hour shifts
- willing to work minimum two days per week
- available to work night shifts friday to sunday
- must work on holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- ability to multitask effectively
- strong communication skills
- motivated and self-starter attitude
- availability to work night shifts from 4pm to 10pm on fridays through sundays
- willingness to work on holidays
Job Duties
- greet customers and take orders
- prepare and serve boba tea beverages
- manage cash register and handle payments
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- work under pressure while maintaining composure
