Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- previous cashier experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and group situations
- ability to calculate discounts and perform basic arithmetic
- ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- ability to resolve problems with concrete variables
- physical ability to stand frequently, use hands, talk, hear, walk, and reach
- occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
- ability to maintain close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus
- willingness to work in a moderate to loud noise environment with exposure to smoke on the casino floor

Job Duties
- Interact effectively with the public and Team Members
- perform excellent customer service at all times
- receive payment from food and beverage Guests, make changes and issue receipts promptly and courteously
- adhere to established cash control policies and procedures
- answer Guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate management
- advise Guests of waiting time and recommend beverage outlets
- handle Guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously
- assist in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation
- participate as a team member with food servers, bus persons, cooks, supervisors, and other Team Members to ensure smooth operation
- maintain compliance with health and sanitation regulations and food safety certification
- maintain a consistent and regular attendance record
- perform any reasonable request made by management
