The role of a Cashier at JCPenney is vital to maintaining an outstanding customer service and sales experience. Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers providing excellent customer service

  • Support Omnichannel efforts such as order pickups and returns
  • Assist with recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
  • Participate in annual inventory processes

  • Meet established performance standards including iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
