Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred
  • Ability to handle and reconcile cash transactions accurately
  • Strong numerical and basic math skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Completion of required Food Handler and Alcohol Service training
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long durations
  • Willingness to comply with all safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment as required

Job Qualifications

  • Past customer support background is an advantage
  • Experience in managing cash in the past is advantageous
  • Competency in elementary math principles and numerical calculations is a must
  • Competence in working alone with minimal direction
  • It is necessary to undergo Food Handler and Alcohol Service training as outlined by the location
  • Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and walk or stand for extended periods
  • Familiarity with Personal Protective Gear (PPE) use

Job Duties

  • Conduct transactions securely and efficiently by utilizing the Register/POS system to handle cash and credit card payments accurately
  • Greet and aid patrons by anticipating their needs and working towards providing a positive service encounter
  • Oversight of the cash drawer includes counting, organizing, and reconciling the money within
  • accurately completing cashier slips and making efficient bank deposits
  • Adhere to the cash management procedures outlined by Aramark to maintain compliance
  • Understand the inventory thoroughly to provide assistance to customers and process transactions accurately
  • Conduct the necessary tasks to kickstart and wrap up operations based on the established timetable of the unit
  • Remember to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace throughout the day and at the end of the shift
  • Replenish items as needed to ensure that the location remains adequately stocked during operation
  • Abide by all safety policies and procedures at all times
