Torchy's is currently seeking dependable and enthusiastic individuals to join their Hospitality Team as Cashiers/Runners. The pay range for this position is $11.00 to $12.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a flexible schedule structure to accommodate diverse needs.

As a Cashier/Runner at Torchy's, you will be the heart of the guest experience. This position goes beyond merely taking orders or running food; it is about creating lasting memories for each guest who walks through the door. You will greet customers warmly, accurately process their orders using the point-of-sale system, and ensure that each transaction is swift and flawless. Your role extends into the dining area, where you will promptly deliver orders, offer refills on chips and drinks, and always look for opportunities to exceed guest expectations. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing areas of the restaurant will be central to your responsibilities, fostering an environment that is welcoming and comfortable. You will collaborate closely with managers, kitchen staff, and fellow Hospitality Team members to ensure smooth service and quickly resolve any issues that arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be outgoing, friendly, and possess excellent communication skills. Active listening and attentiveness to guest needs will be fundamental to your success, alongside the ability to adapt to the fast-paced and often unpredictable restaurant environment. Physical stamina is also important, as the role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
