Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
  • ability to obtain required certifications by the first day or within the required timeline
  • ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on varying shelf heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries preferred
  • familiarity with POS systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
  • deliver outstanding hospitality by making each guest feel welcomed and valued

  • run food to tables ensuring correct and timely delivery
  • proactively offer refills on chips and drinks and exceed guest expectations
