This particular role is for a Cashier/Runner position, which plays a vital part in Torchy's Hospitality Team. The position is responsible for delivering a smile and a welcoming spirit to every guest interaction. The role includes key responsibilities such as managing point-of-sale transactions efficiently, providing personalized hospitality, maintaining knowledge of the menu and promotions, running food quickly to tables, and keeping guest-facing areas clean and inviting. Cashier/Runners also work closely with kitchen staff and management to resolve any issues and ensure consistent guest satisfaction. This is an entry-level, hourly position offering competitive pay between $11.00 and $13.00 per hour depending on experience, with tip sharing on top of the hourly wage.
