Full-time employees become eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits after one year and can participate in a 401(k) plan after six months. The company also provides paid time off following one year of employment. Team members enjoy perks like delicious food discounts for themselves and their spouses and benefit from the Torchy’s Family Foundation, which supports employees during times of personal crisis.
