Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within the timeline required by the location
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Knowledge of Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certification requirements
  • Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Prior customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail settings preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized menu recommendations and answer questions
  • Deliver food orders promptly to the appropriate tables
  • Monitor guest needs, proactively offer refills on chips and drinks, and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, management, and other team members to resolve issues and improve service flow
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations
