The role of Cashier/Runner at Torchy’s is a vital position within the Hospitality Team, designed not only to handle transactions and deliver food but to be the heart and soul of the guest experience. Collaborating with managers, kitchen staff, and other team members is essential for resolving any challenges, ensuring smooth service, and encouraging repeat visits. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13.00 to $14.00 based on experience, along with tip sharing that increases earning potential.
