Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within location required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of food handler and alcohol server regulations
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience in using POS systems preferred
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Commitment to teamwork and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet guests and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and current promotions to make informed recommendations
- Run food to tables promptly, offering refills and exceeding guest expectations
- Keep guest-facing areas clean, neat, and organized
- Collaborate with team members and managers to resolve issues and enhance service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
