Job Requirements

  • Perform duties that require standing and fast movement throughout the kitchen and dining room
  • Walk and stand during the entire shift
  • Position requires reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and wiping
  • Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Job Duties

  • Smiling and greeting guests when on the service line and throughout the dining area
  • Full menu knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of POS system in place and proper cash handling procedures
  • Quality and accuracy of orders
  • Delivering food to customers
  • Cleaning and maintaining the dining area
  • Follow procedures and recipes on food items
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Shift side work to include opening and closing duties
