Job Duties
- Operate cash registers and POS terminals to process customer transactions
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Answer customer questions and assist with inquiries
- Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front of the house
- Restock merchandise and supplies as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer communication
