Job Requirements
- Must be flexible with hours to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to perform a variety of general office activities in a fast-paced team player environment
- Possess excellent customer service skills for dealing with customers via phone and in person
- Cashier and computer experience preferred

Job Duties
- Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person
- Heavy phone work - answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers for various reasons relating to the showroom business
- Calling customers to confirm the status of their orders, delivery and product service
- Operating and balancing computerized cash register
- Data entry - using the company's computerized point of sale system and various programs to assist in processing sales orders and customer inquiries
