Cashier

Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service at a retail establishment. They process Checkout and/or Return transactions, monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area, possess product/project knowledge, and follow company policies to minimize shrink. A Head Cashier supervises Cashiers, expedites price checks, approves transactions, and provides customer assistance and support.
