The role of a Cashier, internally referred to as a Front End Team Member, is essential to enhancing the overall customer service experience at Total Wine & More. This position is primarily focused on delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service at the point of sale while supporting other store operations such as merchandising or stocking when needed. Whether working part-time or full-time, the Cashier ensures that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, reflecting the company's commitment to best-in-class service. Responsibilities include processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately, verifying identification, managing payments, and actively promoting the store's loyalty programs. Team members in this role are also expected to greet customers warmly, engage with them to build rapport, and provide informed assistance about products and ongoing promotions.
