This position involves reconciling and collecting customer payments efficiently, ensuring all service and parts invoices, as well as repair orders, are properly closed to the corresponding payment accounts. The role demands a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team. The responsibilities extend to maintaining follow-up systems to ensure project completion, assisting the accounting office when required, and carrying out other delegated duties. Working hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, reflecting the dynamic nature of college operations. The physical requirements include spending significant time indoors in an air-conditioned environment, with regular sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive hand movements. The position also requires the ability to manage occasional lifting, bending, and climbing.
