The Cashier position at SNIPES is a part-time regular role focused on delivering exceptional customer service while managing daily store functions related to sales transactions and merchandise. As the cashier, you will be the frontline representative of the SNIPES brand, responsible for executing transactions at the point of sale (POS), assisting with stock replenishment, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. The role demands enthusiasm for the brand, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment. Cashiers at SNIPES also contribute to driving sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding set goals for sales, average dollar sales, units per transaction, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Success in this role requires attention to detail, professionalism in customer interactions, and teamwork with store management, human resources, and asset protection teams. The position requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise between 15 to 30 pounds, with schedules that include weekends and holidays.
