Job Duties

  • Provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe customer service

  • Follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink
  • Position cashiers and support them by expediting price checks
  • Approve point of sale transactions and markdowns for multiple service points
  • Provide first level escalation for customer issues
  • Assist in coaching, supervising, and training other front end associates
