- previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, answering questions about the menu and specials
- process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and mobile payments
- maintain a clean and organized register area and dining space
- ensure orders are accurately entered into the system and fulfill any special requests
- handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management as needed
- assist with the preparation and packing of food items during busy periods
- maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and menu offerings
- assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation
- adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure an efficient workflow
