Job Requirements
- Be able to pass standard TSA badging requirements
- Demonstrate prompt and friendly customer service skills
- Have knowledge in operating cash registers and maintaining cash drawers
- Perform monetary transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and secure work area and stock check stand properly
- Understand gift cards, travelers checks, coupons, refunds and cash handling
- Ability to balance transactions and ensure accuracy
- Maintain current product knowledge
- Show dedication and high attention to detail
- Possess basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Answer telephones and perform light housekeeping tasks
Job Qualifications
- Able to pass standard TSA badging requirements

- Well versed in performing monetary transactions such as giving and receiving change
- Able to maintain clean, neat and correctly stocked check stand and safe and secure work area
- Knowledge of gift cards, travelers checks, and cash, processing coupons, and refunds
- Demonstrated ability to balance all transactions run through assigned register, including layaway payments, checks, register receipts, currency, and credit card
- Proven record of processing exact and efficient sale and return transactions
- Able to maintain knowledge of current product location
- Dedicated and meticulous with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to answer telephone and perform light housekeeping tasks
Job Duties
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure amounts are correct and adequate change is available
- Greet customers entering establishments
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners
