Job Duties
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash drawer management and reconciliation
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional manner
- Perform janitorial duties such as cleaning checkout areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining overall store cleanliness
- Assist with lifting and carrying heavy items as needed to support store operations and inventory management
- Manage phone etiquette by answering calls courteously and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
