As a Cashier at Sodexo Live, your primary responsibility will be to manage transactions in the retail operation efficiently and accurately. You will operate the cash register or point of sale system, processing payments including cash, credit, and checks, and providing customers with receipts or tickets. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial to ensure proper handling of cash and maintaining security at all times. The role extends beyond transaction processing to include supporting the retail environment through setup, restocking supplies and products, and assisting with the cleanup and closing of the retail space at the end of shifts. Given the nature of the position, physical stamina is important as the role requires significant walking and standing for extended periods, sometimes exceeding eight hours, as well as the ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting items up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs and client requirements, emphasizing the need for flexibility and adaptability.
