Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years related work experience
- Prior cashier or food service experience
- Valid ServSafe or Food Handler Certification
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and guest service
- Ability to operate POS and credit card equipment
- Legal age to serve alcohol according to state regulations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related work experience in cashier or food service roles
- Valid ServSafe or other approved Food Handler Certification

Job Duties
- Greet guests, receive and repeat food orders, charge appropriate prices for menu items, receive correct payment and give change
- Process gift card transactions requested by guests
- Stay updated and knowledgeable about the menu and prices
- Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
- Correct guest orders quickly and efficiently
- Identify and respond appropriately to counterfeit money
- Verify age requirements prior to serving alcoholic beverages
- Maintain neat and clean uniform, proper grooming and personal hygiene
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Clean and maintain equipment used
- Complete required in-service training, maintain acceptable attendance and adhere to dress and hygiene codes
- Support restaurant safety, confidentiality, and legal compliance policies
- Cooperate and work effectively with co-workers
- Use appropriate communication in sensitive situations
- Follow up on complaints and guest concerns
- Promote positive public relations
