Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service roles is a plus but not required
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- demonstrated teamwork skills
- enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards customer service
- willingness to undergo paid training provided by Raising Cane's
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- kneel, bend, twist or stoop as required
- ascend or descend stairs regularly
- reach and grasp objects above head and below waistline
- interact with customers by taking orders and processing payments efficiently
- clean tables, floors and other restaurant areas
- follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food and ingredients
- multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
