The current opportunity is to join the team as a Member Services Representative, a role focused on delivering fast, friendly, and clean service to each guest. The ideal team member embodies excellent guest service skills and can maintain a welcoming, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities include providing outstanding service, maintaining inventory, operating cash registers, and keeping the restaurant environment clean and orderly. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to complete sales transactions accurately
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to operate basic computer and telephone equipment
  • Team player mindset
