Job Qualifications

  • 16 years of age or older
  • passion for food and people
  • awesome, energetic attitude and personality
  • able to take direction and work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks including reaching, squatting, and bending
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 6 hours
  • willingness to learn and develop
  • reliable transportation
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain it)

Job Duties

  • accurately ring in orders and accept payments with urgency
  • maintain professionalism and a high standard of hospitality when interacting with guests
  • demonstrate thorough understanding of menu offerings and answer guest questions
  • take active role in ensuring food, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
  • help keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and fresh looking
  • perform additional opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities as needed
  • foster positive and memorable guest interactions consistent with company values
