Job Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- passion for food and people
- awesome, energetic attitude and personality
- able to take direction and work independently and as part of a team
- ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks including reaching, squatting, and bending
- able to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 6 hours
- willingness to learn and develop
- reliable transportation
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain it)
Job Duties
- accurately ring in orders and accept payments with urgency
- maintain professionalism and a high standard of hospitality when interacting with guests
- demonstrate thorough understanding of menu offerings and answer guest questions
- take active role in ensuring food, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- help keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and fresh looking
- perform additional opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities as needed
- foster positive and memorable guest interactions consistent with company values
