Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail or cashier role preferred
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and Point of Sale system proficiency
Ability to stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Dependability and punctuality
Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to operate Point of Sale systems
Basic math skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic knowledge of merchandise and store operations

Job Duties

Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
Demonstrate company WORTH behaviors and partner with colleagues for additional support
Actively engage customers and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
Promote sales programs such as Findmore to drive sales and enhance customer experience
Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
Maintain signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
Call for help proactively during busy checkout periods
Utilize Point of Sale systems on Mobile Warrior devices for line management
Assist with Omnichannel efforts and participate in recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
Support annual inventory processes
Uphold company shrink control, safety initiatives and meet performance standards including iCAP, sales, productivity, and attendance
