Currently, we are hiring for the position of Counter Server/Cashier. As a Counter Server/Cashier at PINCHO, you will act as the face of the company, embodying our core values and enhancing every guest’s experience. Your daily responsibilities revolve around direct guest interaction, ensuring cleanliness throughout the dining and front line areas, and efficiently managing transactions at the POS register. Our team members not only handle routine tasks like restocking and maintaining dining areas but also engage guests with detailed menu knowledge, including information about ingredients and dietary needs. Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of front line, dining room, bathrooms and patio area if applicable, take out dining room trash, bus, and clean tables and chairs
  • Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station, and bathrooms
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests
  • Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling
  • Set up, maintain, and break down front expo and bagging area
  • Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
  • Greet guests, guide their journey, resolve guest issues and properly inform guests of how our PINCHO app works
