Job Requirements

Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods
Experience working as a cashier or in a related customer service role
Basic proficiency in English
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
Previous experience as a cashier, barista, or in customer service is an advantage
Basic math and computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and process orders at the counter
Handle cash, credit/debit, and digital payments accurately
Issue receipts, refunds, and change promptly and correctly
Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
Assist customers with menu inquiries and recommend products when appropriate
Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and front counter
