Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent education
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred
  • current California Food Handlers Card
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
  • age 18 or older to prepare alcoholic beverages
  • ability to follow detailed instructions
  • strong communication skills in English
  • willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or 1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience
  • current California Food Handlers Card
  • ability to read and interpret financial and written information
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and dispense change correctly
  • proficiency in spoken and written English
  • ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and make beverage and food suggestions
  • take and process guest orders quickly and accurately
  • collect money and close out tickets accurately
  • prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
  • assist in food preparation as needed
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • assist in other departments as assigned
  • participate in special projects and additional company tasks as required
  • adapt to changes and support overall operations
