In this role, we are seeking a Cash Logistics Supervisor to join the Brink's U.S. division, which specializes in armored car transportation, currency and coin processing, ATM servicing, and other high-value services to financial institutions, retailers, and government entities. The Cash Logistics Supervisor will supervise inside currency operations, ensuring accountability, compliance, and the security of all liabilities within the armored car facility. This is a critical supervisory position that supports the Cash Logistics Manager by managing daily workflows, enforcing safety and security protocols, and cultivating a team culture focused on continuous improvement.

The Cash Logistics Supervisor operates in an armed environment, requiring enforcement of rigorous security rules to protect the company's premises, assets, and the safety of personnel and customers. This position involves leadership responsibilities that include coaching employees, optimizing scheduling, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), and driving operational efficiencies through system and process enhancements.
