The Cash Logistics Processor plays a vital role within Brink's branch locations, acting as the backbone of modern finance by meticulously handling cash accounting functions essential to keeping commerce moving fluidly. This position involves verifying bank deposits, preparing cash shipments, processing check imaging, and ensuring cash flow continuity between banks and businesses worldwide. The role is essential, requiring responsibility, attention to detail, and adherence to established policies to protect the premises, property, and safety of all involved parties.
This position offers an engaging work environment where employees work with cutting-edge cash handling technologies and software such as iTrack and FIS systems, all while maintaining a high standard of operational accuracy and accountability. The Cash Logistics Processor enjoys a mix of collaborative teamwork and independent task management, ensuring that ATMs remain stocked and business operations continue without interruptions. The role demands physical capability, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to navigate various cash handling functions including bulk pulls, balance reconciliation, and check processing. Job Requirements
- 18 years old or older
- minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or being a cashier or teller
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position

- cash handling experience in secure logistics or banking industry preferred
- basic computer skills preferred
- 10 key experience preferred

Job Duties
- Check in all work and cash through window
- verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed
- process check imaging into FIS system
- balance all individual teller sells
- validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip
- complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
- clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match
- ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
- follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager
