Job Requirements
- Able to perform sedentary work
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs on occasion
- Ability to use keyboard and read computer screens for extended periods
- Able to stand, sit for extended periods, kneel, reach and bend as job duties require
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in social services or bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, mental health, human services or related field
- Lived experience or sensitivity to the needs of the unhoused population
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience serving unhoused and low-income populations preferred
- Bi-lingual capabilities are a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome agency guests including program participants, volunteers and staff
- Conduct participant orientation and intake
- Maintain a caseload providing case management and direct services
- Develop and implement individualized housing plans to support participant goals
- Provide community-based case management services
- Collaborate with community partners and internal teams to ensure comprehensive participant support
- Complete safety planning, risk assessment, and mandated reporting
