Job Requirements

  • Able to perform sedentary work
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs on occasion
  • Ability to use keyboard and read computer screens for extended periods
  • Able to stand, sit for extended periods, kneel, reach and bend as job duties require

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years experience in social services or bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, mental health, human services or related field
  • Lived experience or sensitivity to the needs of the unhoused population
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience serving unhoused and low-income populations preferred
  • Bi-lingual capabilities are a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome agency guests including program participants, volunteers and staff
  • Conduct participant orientation and intake
  • Maintain a caseload providing case management and direct services
  • Develop and implement individualized housing plans to support participant goals
  • Provide community-based case management services
  • Collaborate with community partners and internal teams to ensure comprehensive participant support
  • Complete safety planning, risk assessment, and mandated reporting
