The specialist is responsible for delivering rehabilitative training and case management services, focusing on consumers with mental health diagnoses, specifically targeting ages 15-30, and particularly those with a priority diagnosis of First Episode Psychosis (FEP). Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, assisting in treatment planning, teaching self-help and coping skills, crisis prevention, and intervening to maintain client stability. The role involves comprehensive case data collection and preparation for client eligibility services related to financial, medical, and social support.
